  • I feel like when I fast I age, everyone says I look older is there any correlation between the two

    • You don’t age. Actually fasting does the opposite. Are you consistent? Are there some things in your nutritional that could be causing that? Most people (from what I have heard) feel the opposite. I feel like I have taken years off my life. I will be 58 in May. I think I look and feel better than ever.

      I have been doing this for 8 years. My body is totally healed. And I am very confident with my nutrition, fitness, and fasting. Bouncing around in my fasting windows is not an issue for me at all!
