  • This may help someone so I’m sharing. I was stuck at the same weight for three weeks. I then realized that I had miscalculated the calories in 1 bag of microwave lite popcorn that I eat on a fairly regular basis. (Popcorn is my #1 favorite snack – with no close 2nds.)The way it was worded on the box was super confusing, and math was never my best subject.😅 Once I realized there were 2.5 servings(!!) in one bag, I was able to make the changes with my calorie intake, but just be careful with some of these foods because they can be really confusing sometimes with their wording on calories!
