I think rest days are more for weight lifting. Not moderate cardio.

I’m having to take rest days. I’m on mt 2nd round of your 30 day workout and I’ve triggered my lower back, hoping to see the physio this week. So frustrated as I’ve done so well, 14 lbs down, feeling stronger and looking so good.
