Low Impact Walking Workout for Beginners, Seniors | 1 Mile Walk at Home

We did my Mom’s 1 Mile walk at home, and now we’re sharing April’s low impact walking workout for beginners, seniors. I complete my walk in about 22 minutes with about 2700 steps and my Mom catches up at about 25 minutes with about 3000 steps. We keep it fun by doing 30 second intervals of different walking movements with 30 seconds of classic walking!
