  • I am a IMF 20/4, I always thought I probably wasn’t in Ketosis, because I ate sugar & carbs during my 4 hour eating.

  • I do 20/4, exercise in the am, clean fast all day, OMAD 5 clockish. I am consistent for sure. Only 4 lbs lost two months. I guess it will take time. I’m 62.

  • Using Lumen, doing 20/4 most days, but work life sometimes get in the way, but never less than 16 hours (but always 1 meal) seem to loss 5 and gain 5 from one week to next. Workout no less than 3 days, usually 4. Did your Nov Class, and currently in 6month program, altho seem to have lost my way on that program
