This no-talking beginner to intermediate walking workout is great for bringing back memories from the 80's. 20 minutes of heart-pumping cardio, 5 minutes of strengthening exercises (no equipment), and 5 minutes of stretching. Total steps today is 3399. Bring on the 80's!

    • Thanks Carol! I purposely make them a bit shorter simply because they are a ton of work to create. I pull together all the music that I want to use, put them up privately on YT for weeks, see what gets blocked and then start with putting together the songs that are allowed. Even with that work, sometimes months later a song will get blocked and then the whole video gets blocked. It’s definitely a complicated process when I create these ones. But, I shall keep creating them when I have time:)
