Loved this workout and today’s helpful thought. I lost my sister in law when she was only 48 and then I turned 50 that year (6 years ago). I felt grateful to have reached 50. Every birthday I feel grateful to be healthy and aging gracefully. Today I am happy and healthier than ever before😊
