All-in-One Workout including walking intervals at your speed and combination strength exercises

This 35 minute all-in-one workout covers balance, walking intervals (or jogging or running if you wish), combination strength exercises and flexibility. For the intervals, you can go at the speed of your choice. This workout can be considered a beginner or intermediate workout depending on how fast you go during the cardio portion, and by the weight you choose for your dumbbells. This low impact fat burning, all in one workout is geared to get your heart rate elevated for all the great health benefits exercise brings. If you follow at my pace, the final step count is 1703 steps. Keep in mind, I am walking during the fast periods so if you're jogging or running, your step count will be much higher.

  • What an absolute corker of a workout!!!! ( apologies, Sir Wodehouse)…if a workout video deserves to go viral…THIS IS IT!!!!
How do i express my gratitude here, Jules…I could do this today…only because of your constant guidance, motivation and shared expertise, over the last year; feel so blessed and privileged (and getting fierce)
    🥰💖👏👏😩🤗

    • Lol, ‘corker’ reminds me of my days backpacking in Australia. I haven’t heard that word in a long one. Not sure if it’s actually a British word or Australian, but nevertheless, it makes me smile. Thanks for letting me know you enjoyed today’s workout, Anuradha. This one came into my mind at 4:30 am one day last week! ❤️

  • That was so good! It was longer than the time stated because my kids kept messaging me in the middle of it! Managed to go quite fast on the runs( could have gone faster but no sports bra with me). Great way to start the week. Thanks Jules,

    • Lol, had to laugh reading your comment about the sports bra and interruptions. On the flip side, it’s great that you are so close with your kids.❤️

    • @Improved Health currently at my daughters hence no bra. We are here as my husband is helping her design her new kitchen. They are currently out sorting it hence the interruption. My son calls me every day!! Love it!

    • I always love reading about people exercising while on vacation. That takes a lot of motivation to do so kudos to you for doing so!
