All-in-One Workout including walking intervals at your speed and combination strength exercises

This 35 minute all-in-one workout covers balance, walking intervals (or jogging or running if you wish), combination strength exercises and flexibility. For the intervals, you can go at the speed of your choice. This workout can be considered a beginner or intermediate workout depending on how fast you go during the cardio portion, and by the weight you choose for your dumbbells. This low impact fat burning, all in one workout is geared to get your heart rate elevated for all the great health benefits exercise brings. If you follow at my pace, the final step count is 1703 steps. Keep in mind, I am walking during the fast periods so if you're jogging or running, your step count will be much higher.
