This 20 minute low impact HIIT workout is great for seniors and beginners who want to get in a great cardio workout. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this would be considered an intermediate level workout. Different options are given during the workout so you can cater the workout to your fitness level. There are no floor or jumping exercises in this workout. We'll start with a 5 minute warm-up, then do 10 minutes of more challenging exercises (20 sec on, 10 sec rest), and finish with a cool-down and stretching.

    • Good morning, Mala! I’m impressed by how early you work out! It’s great that you take the time to get in exercise first thing in the morning. Wishing you a great day!🥰

  • Wow that one flew by! Heart rate up and sweating bullets👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻. I like the T-shirt☺️

  • I worked in the yard all weekend, so I needed to start the week off with a shorter workout. I really enjoyed this one, it’s challenging but not overwhelming.

    • I’m glad to know that you enjoyed this one (and it’s great that you enjoyed your gardens, too!). It’s definitely a wonderful time of the year seeing all the plants come up. I was hoping to plant my flowers this weekend but we’ve had an unusually cold spring…still a chance of frost so I shall wait another week.

  • 😅 Loved the sequence of exercises, the music, the screen was so aesthetic, and exercising was such fun…thank you so much🙏💙

  • And that is why you have over 100000 followers. Tremendous, wonderful, spot on. I’m. Doing this every day lol that was so good. It went in so quick. Love the improved health tshirt❤

    • Thanks so much, Allyson. I supervise students at work so a past student of mine created the t-shirt for me as a thank you gift. I was pretty touched by the thoughtfulness (plus, it would have taken me ages to figure out how to have it made!).

  • Thank you Jules. This is the best HIIT workout I have done with you yet. You are so right when you scripted about doing exercise anyways when you don’t feel like it. For me it literally takes the dis-ease out of Disease. I have both heart and lung diseases. This is exercise that helps both. And my mind is always thankful I did it and I have more energy. Exercise Works. Plus the music was great.
