15 minute Short and Effective Strength Workout | Chest, triceps & core | Day 2

This short 5 day series is meant to follow the 25 day strength series. Today we will be working chest, triceps & core. There is a 5 minute intro with instruction but once the workout starts, there will be no talking. Each day will consist of a short 15-20 minute strength workout to help build strong bones and reduce chances of osteoporosis. Modifications are given to make the exercises easier, or more challenging. This program is suitable for anyone who has the basic knowledge of proper form and technique for using weights. The links to the 25 day series is below if you want to start there.

  • Good morning Jules!! Love the floor work!! Love your variations for each and every day❤You are seriously the best 🤗🤗🤗

  • Detailed instructions to start followed by a few non-verbals during the workout will work really well; I’ll eventually be able to skip the preliminary instructions. . . My neck ached during the last exercise—wrist up opposite knee—I was obviously doing something wrong! Found myself doing the Kegels during the rest periods. Another great video. Thanks, Jules!
