I so agree. Having always been a greyhound, my anxiety is laying down fat on my belly area due to cortisol spikes. It’s a revelation and I’m trying to find ways to deal with my stress and relax.
I wasn’t allowed to have feelings for the most part 😂

Today I just let myself feel and it was sooooo hard. Hard, and boring. I wanted to do SOMETHING ANYTHING to distract myself.
Yep! That’s often my experience of it, too, but it’s so worth it!
