Walking Workout at Home for Beginners & Seniors // 30 Minute & 3000 Steps!

Thank you for joining me for this fun walking workout! All exercises are knee friendly, easy to follow and low impact. This workout is appropriate for all ages to get your steps in and increase your heart rate. We will alternate aerobic moves with walking in place for a fun way to move our bodies and burn calories.
This walking workout is 30 minutes and is set to the music so it keeps us moving at an achievable pace. I was able to get 3000 steps in and walked 1.5 miles.

Let me know what you think in the comments, I love to hear how you are enjoying my workouts!

My cute outfit is from CRZ YOGA. Their Butterluxe collection is the softest material and so comfortable and affordable!

    • I have over 130 videos on my channel so there is something for everyone. But I can tell you the average senior that watches my channel and does my videos can do the moves. I have chair videos and workouts that are at a slower pace for those that are not comfortable with these moves.

    • I am almost 70. I use these videos on my rest days. The other days I do the real workout. This is easy, unless you’re a 100.

    • Start slow and work your way up. I’m 61. The more you do these, the easier it gets and then you can challenge yourself more as you get more fit.

  • Me at the start of this workout: Oooh! So easy! Me at the end of the workout: I need to rethink “easy” 🤣 Thanks for another challenging workout! 💖

  • Love this! It was a strength day, but wasn’t feeling it today.
This one is going in my favorites file.
    Thank you! God bless.

  • I loved this workout! Really got my heart going. One thing I noticed, for some reason my brain was really challenged today with coordinating some of the moves ( I know in the long run this is a good thing), but , I didn’t let it stop me I kept going lol…thank you for all your hard work. I look forward every Monday to your newest video!

  • Thought it was going to be just an “ok” workout — this was a GREAT walking workout! Besides cardio it worked my shoulders, arms, balance & brain! Will definitely do again.
