  • Great workout! And I like your helpful thought that we make mistakes and it’s ok. I’ve also run fitness classes, and in my experience, people appreciate when the instructor makes a mistake. We’re all human. Making a mistake in front of others and owning it can go a long way to cure our own insecurities. Making it in this non-threatening setting helps us build the internal reserve for when we make a mistake in a more stressful situation.
