This 30 minute all-in-one walking workout includes cardio, strength, balance and flexibility exercises for the secrets of longevity. Walking or cardio alone will not give you the results you need. Incorporating strength exercises will boost your metabolism, and adding in balance and flexibility exercises will give you a well-rounded program to provide results. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout.
