Upper Body Stretch and Mobility Workout // Exercises for Posture & Pain Relief

Please join me for these pain relieving exercises that can be done in a standing or seated position. Grab a chair even if you are performing the exercises standing so you have it for stability and to assist with some stretches.
All movements are osteoporosis friendly ( no rounding or twisting of the spine) and are great for better posture and improved range of motion in the shoulder area. The stretches are perfect for shoulder issues and pain as well as neck pain.
This quick workout will leave you feeling lighter and lifted! Please let me know how you enjoyed it and leave me a comment!

Thank you to GXMMAT for providing my mat.

  • Hi Lauren, just finished this new one on the heels of your 3,000 steps and ten minute arm workout 🎉 Let’s go Mondays 👏 Thanks again, I’d be lost without your channel to help me maintain but still feel challenged daily!

  • I think you are one of the best fitness instructors on line. You are calm, articulate and give great instruction. Thank you. Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦🌸🌸🌸🌸

  • Beautiful workout. Although the shoulder rotation exercises made my arms ache and I had to lower them to rest a few seconds, I know these exercises are good for me. I felt lighter and less sluggish once I completed the full workout. I’m now happily relaxed. I agree with the other comment, it would be great for a lower back and hip stretch mobility workout too. You’re amazing as always Lauren x 🤗
