  • So when you went all in on 20 hr fast, does that mean you did it every single day, or did you decide I am going to fast so many days a week and those are all going to be 20 hr fasts

  • Also, does something like LMNT break fast or “ruin” a clean fast? I have found that fasting 20 hrs+ cause me cramps in hands and legs. I have to remember to drink LMNT during my feasting window, but I am wondering if it would hurt if I drank it during my fasting window. I am wanting to do the squeaky clean, I am sticking to green tea, black coffee, water right now.
