  • Hi Jules! Great workout, really enjoyed the floor exercises which made my legs burn! So pleased and excited to hear about next week, you are so good at giving us what we need, and it is much appreciated. Thank you for your dedication, the time and effort you put in. You are a wonder 😊😊😊

  • Hullo Jules…such a great penultimate w/o for week 3!! 🙏
    Simple, yet very essential tips I learnt from you…soft knees, except during a calf raise;
    using the legs to push oneself straight during a dead-lift;
    the 4- essentials for a squat( drilled into my numskull😬)…
    The list goes on…May I quickly add perseverance, adaptation, and maintaining a pleasant disposition always….?
    Sorry for my verbosity, it had to be said once…
    Heaps of blessings and good wishes…you indeed are a gem in your field of work!!!

  • Good morning Jules I pushed myself a little extra in my two cardio workouts this morning and when I got to this strength training session did my legs feel this FAST!! I love this entire series. And I was able to hold the plank a little longer today because it really did feel good to stretch the legs out a bit after those squats…and those final set of pulses… OMG 🔥🦵🔥 I will see you tomorrow for damage control 😂 Have a fantastic day ahead 🦃🤗🦃

  • Great video. I thought my legs were in pretty good shape but those floor exercises challenged me. LOVED IT! Can’t wait until tomorrow and next week. Getting stronger, thanks to you! Have a great day!
