Thank you for joining me for this fun holiday walking and strength workout! All exercises are easy to follow and low impact. This workout is appropriate for all ages to get your steps in, increase your heart rate and build muscle tone. We will alternate dance aerobic moves with walking in place for a fun way to move our bodies and burn calories.
I'm using a set of 5 pound weights for the strength section of this workout. Please don't go heavier. 2 or 3 pounds would be great as well.
