Senior & Beginner Workout – 15 minute Gentle Chair Yoga


Stand taller and join me in this great 15 minute chair yoga workout. This is a perfect routine if you are uncomfortable getting on the floor. The stretches included in this workout are appropriate for anyone and also serve as a good stretch break if you sit at your desk all day.

Grab a chair, relax and find your breath as we gently stretch our shoulders, chest, triceps, glutes, thighs and back.
