Today I invited Lisa Flanders to go through breathing and movement exercises to help you with improving your pelvic floor health. Lisa is a Physiotherapist and co-founder of Bloom Integrative Health. Lisa will explain the pelvic floor and then walk you through breathing and movement exercises. The exercises will help you to understand how you can continue to improve and strengthen your pelvic floor as you go through your daily activities.
