This is exactly what i and a lot of people need healthier alternatives. I didnt know about coconut sugar. It realy mskes me angry when health advisors and governments blame people for being overweight but dont point out healthier alternatives like you have some with lots of alternatives. Ive been off ALL OIL for a while & it’s helped me shift a couple of stubborn kilos, so I’m even more aware now how dense the calories are in OIL! Normally, I cook with Avocado Oil for frying (heated) & olive oil for anything only cold of course. (Occasionally coconut oil for heat as well). I’m just wondering what brand of hummus you mentioned(?) as I’d imagine you’re buying the best/healthiest without processed oils (canola, sunflower, etc). Making my own hummus is best however sometimes a purchased one is needed. Which brand do you buy?
