Get fit at home with this 30 minute seated exercise program from a chair. Welcome to a 5 day seated exercise program. Each week, a new program will be uploaded to provide you with a full-body weekly program. This beginner level chair exercise program has a 5 min warm-up, 10 min cardio, 10 minutes of strength & posture and 5 minutes of stretching for a well-rounded program. Go at your own pace to make the workout your own. The total step count is 1337 steps.

    Half an hour in the morning when I’m in a hurry and even before breakfast is a lot for me. Nevertheless, I don’t put off exercising, because there are always other things to do afterwards. Besides, I am stronger in the morning.
    When you sit on a chair in the first half of a session, do you lean with your back against the chair?
    I didn’t know when to put the weights down.
    Whenever I do exercises in the morning, the satisfaction makes me feel better about myself and my physical condition.

    • During the cardio portion, I never lean back against the chair. Thanks for asking…it will help me to ensure I explain it a bit more in future seated workouts. I agree about morning workouts…it definitely helps to start the day off better.

      Yes, it can help. People don’t pay attention to it, and usually when you’re sitting, you can’t see if you’re leaning against a chair.πŸ™‚

  • Was pleased to see a new workout and a new series of chair exercises. I loved the workout and the music. Especially loved that the cardio was all together. I used weights for some of the strength training. Looking forward to Days 2-5. Definitely part of my daily routine.
