Paula, what are your thoughts on Rebounding exercises?
Its great especially if you have knee issues. Gives you the effect of a 30 min jog without stress. Start slow and easy as balance is the issue here. You can get rebounders with frame handles to steady you at first. Boogie Bounce is a good online class. Or maybe Pahla B might do some sessions?
I have got the exercise and water down pat, thanks to Pahla B Fitness. I see huge progress on food quality too. Sleep is what I’m concentrating on this first quarter of 2023. I need to revisit your podcast on this very subject. 🙂
