    • Its great especially if you have knee issues. Gives you the effect of a 30 min jog without stress. Start slow and easy as balance is the issue here. You can get rebounders with frame handles to steady you at first. Boogie Bounce is a good online class. Or maybe Pahla B might do some sessions?
