Who says that you have to let yourself go when you get older ? Have you ever seen a old ,over weight, out of shape deer 🦌? We are just like animals…. we can stay in shape for years and years in our older years . I’m 63 5’10 190 and still pump iron 5 days a week and do some extra abs on Saturday. You are a great motivater for people Denise. It’s 9:30 am and it’s chest day.
