Welcome to a 10 minute beginner level seated movement program (no equipment needed other than a chair). This is a great program for doing at any time of the day to loosen up, get energized and improve mobility. Ideally, try to do 10 minutes of exercise 3 times a day to get in a full 30 minutes of exercise every day.

Good morning Jules ❤ This was a three rounder for me and what an awesome 30 minutes. First round…no weights…second round light weights…third round cool down nice and easy. And your voice quality is so good I could literally listen to you all day 🤗
