10 minutes of Seated Movement to Get Energized | Chair Exercises for Seniors


Welcome to a 10 minute beginner level seated movement program (no equipment needed other than a chair). This is a great program for doing at any time of the day to loosen up, get energized and improve mobility. Ideally, try to do 10 minutes of exercise 3 times a day to get in a full 30 minutes of exercise every day.
