Chair Exercises for Seniors focusing on Daily Functional Fitness


This 18 minute functional fitness chair exercise program is great for seniors who want to focus on improving functional fitness while seated. These are exercises or movements that you already do in your day to day life, but today we are going to work on improving your strength so you can do those movements more easily. We'll finish with a few minutes of stretching at the end.
