The exercises featured in this video are all for the lower body and legs. You don't need any equipment, just your chair – preferably with no arms. Make sure to go at your own pace. You will be using your body's own resistance to gain strength in your hips, thighs and glutes!

Just did this short workout this morning and it was a good way to get the blood flowing…you could even add some light ankle weights and a resistance band above the knees!
