This is a short 20 minute strength training program suitable for beginners who want to build strength. Modifications are given to make it a more challenging program as well. If you are new to strength training and do this routine 2-3 times a week, you will definitely see improvements in your strength. Today's program is a full-body strength workout. Whether you are 20 or 75, this strength training program can help you to become a stronger you in a short period of time. Ensure you warm up first and check in with your doctor to make sure you can start a strength training program.
