Girl I love this workout !!! AND YES I AM SWEATING !!! And its hard for me to work up a sweat even when I am hardcore skating. I loved this because it got so many things in, I got my jumping rope, squats and jumping jacks in since I try to do those almost everyday alternately. HA you did good and it was fun and yes I feel tough, I aint scared of nobody now when I go to Walmart….Imma sharing this one too !

This is great! I’m only in my 20s but overweight and I was looking at a martial arts I could start to get into and develop along the weight loss journey as motivation and kick boxing looks great, and this is a work out (and a half man I am sore and tired ha), but something I can actually do!

I’m only nineteen but I’m looking to start kickboxing soon, and this was an awesome workout to begin with. I have never been particularly athletic so this kind of stuff can be really intimidating for someone new, but you have been by far the most welcoming trainer ever and I’m incredibly thankful for your work. 🙂
