Cardio Dance Workout with Classic Music of the 1950’s | 50’s Juke Box Dance Workout


20 minutes of cardio including lots of dance moves while listening to incredible classic 1950's juke box music. Are you pumped? I sure am! Allow yourself to get lost in the music, have fun, reminisce of old times and burn some calories. Let's rock the house! This workout is suitable for beginners and seniors who want a low impact and safe workout. We'll finish with stretching at the end while seated in a chair.

    The exercise moves were fun, and it was very energetic.
    What fun to guess the artist, title and date. There were some artist we knew, but we “choked” under pressure and couldn’t name them. The dates were very hard. We knew if it was early or late 50’s, but getting the exact date was hard.
    In the end, we scored 25.
    This was tons of fun!!!
