Barre Workout for Grace & Strength // Full Body Toning Exercises

Thank you for joining me for this exceptional full body barre workout. All exercises are low impact, easy to follow and do not require any dance experience. This workout is suitable for everyone including beginners and seniors. I have choreographed this workout to focus on body control for grace and strength. There is no floor work, all moves are performed standing and we sit in the chair for upper body toning section with a light pair of hand weights. I'm using 3 pounds for this workout. Get ready to shape and tone your whole body and improve your posture.
Chin up, shoulders back and tummy in and you will feel like a dancer.

I appreciate you working out with me! Please let me know how you liked this new workout in the comments.

  • Thanks, I appreciate the variety of your workouts. I feel that all my muscles and joints get challenged and stretched in all the ways they need to be to keep them flexible. 🌻

    • You’re so welcome Jacqueline! I’m so glad you are still challenged, you have been working out with me for a long time πŸ™‚

  • This was great! So flowy yet very challenging too! I’ll second what someone else said about feeling like a ballerina! Age 56 and feel like a ballerina doing this!!

  • Hello Lauren, thank you for this great workout. Strong and deep work on the legs and back, good stretching πŸ™πŸ€©

  • Loved it. very challenging. I find that my right arm with the torn upper muscle is getting more flexile with your upper body workouts. I saw my orthopedic doctor yesterday who said my knee was much better and to keep doing strength exercises and limit cardio.

    • Great to hear Terri! Keep up the good work. I have chronic pain video coming soon that I think will be good for both your shoulder and knee πŸ™‚
