Thank you for joining me for this exceptional full body barre workout. All exercises are low impact, easy to follow and do not require any dance experience. This workout is suitable for everyone including beginners and seniors. I have choreographed this workout to focus on body control for grace and strength. There is no floor work, all moves are performed standing and we sit in the chair for upper body toning section with a light pair of hand weights. I'm using 3 pounds for this workout. Get ready to shape and tone your whole body and improve your posture.
Chin up, shoulders back and tummy in and you will feel like a dancer.
