Thanks for the suggestion. I kind of feel some people might find the beep irritating since the timer is there to let people know when to change. But, I will definitely watch for more feedback and can add it if more people say they’d appreciate having it.

You can also use 1 or 2 lb weights to make it a bit more challenging.

Thank you Jules. The was a nice way to finish after the snow shovelling this morning. I used my 1.5lb soft hand weights and it ended up being a full body workout with both the snow and the Gentle Walk.
It was meant to be that a gentle workout went up today with the snow arriving:)😉

Reading your comment is like a massive ‘a-ha’ moment where I want to yell out and say, ‘See? It really does work!” We often feel sluggish but that wee little bit of movement can energize us. I liked this one so much I did it twice, the second time with some light weights on some of the moves. The music was spot on to keep us moving. This is going on my saved list!
