Barre Workout for Beginners & Seniors // Low Impact, Full Body HIIT w/ Timer!


Thank you for joining me for this fun full body barre workout. I hope you like this new HIIT format for a barre workout! All exercise are standing and are set to a 60 second timer so you can work at your own pace. A full warm up and cool down are also included in this 30 minute workout.
This workout is great for toning and posture. You will need a chair to serve as your barre and also a light set of hand weights. I'm using 3 pounds for this workout. Get ready to shape and tone your whole body!
