20-min Low Impact Fat-Burning Hiit Workout with No Equipment and No Jumping

This 20 minute low impact hiit workout is great for active seniors and beginners who want a great fat-burning workout without jumping or the use of equipment. Once we start working out, there will just be music and no talking (until the very end). Each movement challenges the body in a different way to allow you to become stronger and more fit. This workout is suitable for beginners and seniors who want a low impact and safe workout. We'll finish with a few minutes of stretching at the end.

  • Thank you very much Jules for your training and guidance. The squats are always welcome.
I do similar your workouts as follows:
    1. I turn off the sound because the music is in my head. I listen to an audiobook during this time.
    2) I do your dynamic elements of the exercises twice as slowly as you do, because I can’t stand that pace in the morning.
Thank you so much for this session.💛

    • I love that you go at your own pace…that is exactly what I want people to do. Good for you for being able to listen to an audiobook AND exercise at the same time. It’s interesting how different things work best for each of us. Your way is definitely good for physical & cognitive health:)
