  • In fact, she doesn’t give any useful tips. Telling us it’s just for us to decide what we want during these holidays doesn’t provide anything new!

    • @Teodora Kovačić Novaković I am 53. I had a hysterectomy in January, and despite exercising daily and restricting calories, I gained 20 pounds! I found I was over exercising and under eating and have righted that! The weight has just fallen off! I am so pleased with Pahla’s 5-0 method! I think people who really follow it will have success! And it is not hard to do! 😃

    • @Kim S Really? I am sorry to hear that. I have had great success. I was eating too few calories and exercising too much. I have about 7 pounds left to lose that I gained post hysterectomy, however I must say I am feeling well and have changed my mindset and feel if I stay in my calories each day and exercise her videos each day, all will be well. I hope you are feeling well and positive, Kim! Take care!

    • She always teaches us it’s up to us. No one else can get us results except us. She is basically saying work on your mindset and the rest will fall into place, if you so choose. You are in control. You can choose what you want to happen and if you believe, it will happen.

    • @Teodora Kovačić Novaković I just saw this question. I’m nearly 61. I lost 85 pounds from my late 40s to early 50s and have kept it off and I’m under five feet tall. Much easier to be slim when you’re 5’7″ like her.

    • @Angie S I’ve lost 19LB since mid June so pretty close. I suppose it depends how much weight you have to lose too? I expect mine will slow off as I get closer to target but I’ve another 25LB to go at the moment. The mindset work definitely makes the difference for me 🙂

  • I have been consciously doing this….paying attention to my thoughts….I even have a crazy little trick I use….If I start to have a bad or unhelpful thought, I imagine a giant magnet, like in a cartoon, coming down and lifting the bad thought/judgment out of my head….makes me laugh and works!!! Thank you, Pahla, for reminding us that mindset is so important!!
