I love how positive you are . I’m 36 years old. In the last year or so I have struggled with embracing living with a chronic illness while trying to remain active. Your messages during your workouts motivate me from the start of the workout to the end. Prior to my diagnosis, I was very athletic and loved running 6 miles on the treadmill and following up with resistance training. I can no longer do that, but hearing you say that what I can do and what I am doing is just enough.. is awesome. Thank you!❤
