11 min Walking with Weights, no talking beginner low impact workout


This short 11 minute walking with weights workout is low impact, safe and great for toning the muscles by using 1 or 2 lb weights. This is a no talking, beginner level workout for those who prefer to just listen to music during the workout.

    I didn’t take breaks, even though with dumbbells I always do, But is it really the case that when using dumbbells you have to take one-minute breaks so that it’s not just aerobics, but also strength exercises?💛

    • You don’t need to take breaks when the weights are light as in this workout. If at any point you feel like you need a break, by all means, put the weights down briefly and pick them up again when you’re ready to:)
