I do your video’s almost every day! I have a sit down job that really leaves me drained. But…if I begin my day doing your workouts it helps me so darn much, THANK YOU! I recently tried Crossfit, which I loved but kept hurting my back. Realized my core REALLY needs work so….here I am! I want to get fit, get healthy and reach a healthy weight!
