This 40 minute 5000 steps walking workout will help you to lose weight and burn fat while having fun walking and dancing to upbeat music. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 5140 steps (including the stretching exercises at the end).

    • I’m so glad to read that you’re committed to taking care of your health, and not allowing excuses. When I see a lot of frail seniors, I always wish they would have worked out and not given excuses, either. Getting older doesn’t mean getting weak. We can absolutely be strong as we age if we just keep at it.

  • 5,000 felt like 500! You are the deejay of walking the way you mix up the moves and add just the right music. The one legged double side kicks were great as were the jumping jack double front kicks. Also always appreciate the written motivation and water breaks.
