4500 Steps! 👣 Beginner WALK & DANCE 🪩 Workout 💃🏻 (45 Min) 🎵

Get ready to have fun and get 4500+ steps in! This walking workout includes all low impact cardio exercises that are fun and easy to follow. We will alternate 30 seconds of walking in place with 60 seconds of another heart pumping exercise. Some of these moves are dance inspired so the workout is fresh and never boring! The moves are also set to the beat of the music to encourage us to keep up the pace, but of course feel free to slow down and go at your own pace if needed. I've included a short Disco section and a short Latin section to spice things up! I hope you love this video and get a great workout.
