Try these 5 stretches daily for a week. Start with 30 seconds of each and work your way up to a minute each. By releasing your hips your back will have less stress on it. These five stretches are all great but if any don't work, just leave it out:
-standing hip flexor stretch
-number 4 stretch
-legs crossed
-falling legs
leg up the wall stretch

I have been having pain in my right hip which has lead to pain in the back of my leg and to PT per my doctor and haven’t been able to takes walks (which I love) been riding my bike when possible. I sit at a computer all day for a living. I will be doing these stretches daily. Thank you!!
