5 Stretches to reduce low back pain that may surprise you! You see, with lower back and often with knees, it's the hips that usually hold tension that causes the strain or pain in lower back (or knees).
Hips are supposed to be mobile and the knees and lower back more stable. If your hips are tight, the joint above or below will usually suffer.
Not all these exercises will feel perfect for you. Do the ones you can. Be consistent. I was thrown from a horse at 26 so have ever since been diligent about the right core and taking care of mobility. Standing lunge
#4 stretch
Legs crossed
Legs falling
Legs up the wall 1 and 2
