I’m looking forward to taking advantage of all the information I’ll get! I’m 70, exercising regularly (often with your videos, Debra) and I want to be part of the minority (unfortunately) who are metabolically healthy. I’m trying to lower blood pressure, inflammation, and cholesterol naturally. Luckily, I don’t need to lose weight.
