Thank goodness I am through menopause. My Gyn gave me some good info when I first started having hot flashes. She told me that they went on two year cycles. Therefore, two years after they started, they would be a little better. Two years after that, a little better. And so on. I have found this to be true. Hang in there. It does get better!
