30 minute Walking Workout at home // Fun Low Impact Dance Cardio!


Thank you for joining me for this fun walking and dance workout! I hope you love it as much as I do, this was a blast to choreograph!
All exercises are knee friendly, easy to follow and low impact. This workout is appropriate for all ages including beginners and seniors, and are an excellent way to get your steps in and increase your heart rate. We will alternate aerobic moves with walking in place for a fun way to move our bodies.
This walking workout is 30 minutes and is set to the music so it keeps us moving at an achievable pace. I was able to get 3000 steps in!

  • Just finished this new cardio! Love all the different movements! I’ve been struggling lately with tennis elbow (funny, because I don’t play tennis! πŸ˜‚) so I’ve been mindful of not doing a lot of the bending movement in my right arm. I have to change my arm movements a little with the workouts, but still doing them. I’ll do a barre one later today! Love those too!
