This 30 minute no talking, low impact walking workout is great for weight loss while also getting stronger and more toned. Lots of new moves are included which will challenge your body and mind. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 3152 steps.

  • That was so good. Managed it without my knee complaining so that’s a win. Loved the view out the “window” better than mine today. Another wet and cloudy day in Scotland. Loved your post on your web site today. I totally understand NSV. Been at it now for 4 weeks. 5 lbs off. It’s slow but I am getting there. However I feel better in myself and I see small differences.     • Thanks Annie, I hope you modified the moves when you needed to. I’m definitely trying to give new moves to keep the workouts interesting but I never want them to be too complicated either.

  • Yay I did it! First longer workout I’ve done in 7 weeks, without adjustments due to bad asthma. Great workout, good for the body and the mind. Loved the exercises that needed coordination.

  • Gold star to miss jules today. I didn’t think you could improve on perfection but wow that was challengjng but i managed and I can tell you i will do that a few times more this week. Its a fab arm workout and legs. Im glad strength today is day 1 legs. Would u say the arms u included in this is enough for a non arm day? I sometimes do a few wee arm workouts on monday but i feel u covered every areA. jules i think youve found your wee niche in this market lol music is amazing and keeps you moving. Your timing is spot on and u work the whole body. The new moves i looooved. It keeps us interested and motjvated. I cant wait for a Monday to see what you spoil us with.
