  • ✅️😊 Looking forward to this workout tonight with Santorini in the background and great exercise music!
    Thanks Jules!

  • I loved this routine! The time just flew by. Will need to work on the reverse V-step – that was tricky!
I liked the music as I find it easier to exercise if there is a strong beat. I have been following you for nearly 2 years now and I love how you manage to keep exercise fun. Thank you ❤

  • I had just finished your light weight walk and needed something else. It’s raining outside so this was perfect for working off some of my extra energy. Thank you Jules

  • I love the music. It makes me want to workout. Please don’t change it. And, a big thank you for the workouts I really enjoy them.

  • Morning Jules. I love this new cardio workout. Fun and I liked the 15 second round. Thank you 😊. I find that I do exercises every day even if only a 10 minute workout. Otherwise my knees and legs will ache like withdrawal symptoms even though I have walked the dog. These workouts have been a life line since Covid Lockdown here and if its raining 🌧. I liked this music too but love your hit music too. Better than the man’s voice that sound spooky and Or breathless! 🥰🙏☺🎵

  • Just finished this video, what a great way to start the week! Love the music, I really got a good workout, now on to the treadmill for some extra steps. Thank you!

  • Now that my pool water temperature is in the 80’s, I am working to adapt some of your workouts to do in my pool. I have developed neuropathy so working out in water has been helpful. I will let you know how it goes. Love your channel!

  • This was amazing Jules. It’s a wet Monday here in Scotland and I feel so so much better! Great music and great choreography!
You must be spending so much time preparing your classes Jules.
You are by far the best on u tube!
    Thanks and thanks again😊

    • Hi Jules: this workout was absolutely amazing. I’m saving this video to do all the time. You are absolutely amazing. You come up with great workout. I only exercise with you. Thanks for all the hard work you do. Have a great. 😅😅😅

  • Great, fun new format for getting back to it after a week at the beach (I did get some squats in: getting up and down to my sand chair!) I LOVE the 15 second intervals – especially during the harder arm intervals! The music was a great pace for this workout – instrumental only was perfect for the concentration needed to switch movements more often…. but gotta love singing along sometimes, too, during the “dance” workouts! Thanks for your creativity, Jules 💙

  • Thank you for this! Been doing your low impact workouts alternating with weight training. Especially love the oldies and Abba workouts.

  • I was thinking to myself while doing this workout, how much I loved this music! And then your post popped up to comment on it! This was a Super Duper routine! Good and sweaty by the end! Thank you!

  • Workout was fun as was the music. You make the best no talking videos because of your excellent “cue cards” and body signals.

  • Great energizing instrumental beat. Motivated me to give it my all. Good warm-up for working in the yard – time to start planting vegetable seeds. I prefer 30+ second intervals – easier to transition w/o losing too many moves. This was good cardio.
