Thanks Karen! I aim to post 3 times a week. At the moment, intermediate is on Mondays, gentle or beginner is on Wednesdays and a seated workout on Thursdays. But, if I’m doing a series of days, then it might be 5 days in a row. It just depends on what I am creating. what do you recommend doing your workout first then go on the treadmill or do the treadmill first. i love your videos
