20 min Walk at Home Leg Toning Cardio Dance Workout

This 20 minute no talking, low impact cardio dance workout focuses on cardio, and also on strengthening and toning the legs. Exercises will change every 30 seconds. During the 5:00-15:00 mark, we'll engage in a mixture of cardio and exercises to strengthen the legs. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 2110 steps.
